DCS became involved with the family on September 4, 2019, after having received a report alleging that Children were victims of neglect in that Children were exposed to drug use and violence. Specifically, the report indicated that Children were residing with their Grandmother and Grandmother’s live-in boyfriend and that Grandmother’s live-in boyfriend smoked marijuana regularly and had slapped a minor female.
