Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Antisemitism in Education Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. FINDINGS. Congress finds the following: (1) Antisemitism is a uniquely rampant problem in the United States, including in educational institutions. According to the most recent Federal Bureau of Investigation data, more than two-thirds of all religiously motivated hate crimes targeted Jews.
