Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. IMPLEMENTATION OF GAO HIGH RISK LIST RECOMMENDATIONS. (a) In General.--The Secretary shall implement the Government Accountability Office's High Risk List recommendations as applicable to the Department of State for-- (1) improving the management of information technology acquisitions and operations; (2) improving strategic human capital management; (3) managing Federal real property; (4) ensuring the cybersecurity of the United States; and (5) managing Government-wide personnel security clearance process. (b) Report.--Within 90 days of the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall report to the appropriate congressional committees the Department of States progress in implementing all of the Government Accountability Office's High Risk List recommendations as applicable to the Department of State mentioned in subsection (a).
