Judge Bailey concurs in result At all times relevant to this appeal, Mother and Biological Father were engaged in an on-again, off-again romantic relationship. O.M.K., born March 19, 2013, and C.M.K., born May 14, 2014, were born out-of-wedlock to Mother. Despite both parties knowing of the possibility that Biological Father could be the Children’s biological father, neither party took any steps to establish paternity. On February 28, 2020, Mother filed verified petitions to establish Biological Father’s paternity of the Children.
