Savage was subsequently charged under Cause No. F5-2172 with two counts of Level 5 felony intimidation and one count of Level 6 felony criminal recklessness. On November 2, 2020, he pled guilty to two counts of Level 5 felony intimidation. On November 23, 2020, the trial court sentenced Savage to concurrent terms of 1238 days and ordered that his sentence be suspended to probation.
