Vol. II p. 61. On May 19, 2021, Bocot and A.A. got into an argument because A.A. owed him money. When A.A. sat down in the living room with a plate of food, the “aggravated” and “frustrated” Bocot “flipped” the plate, which hit her in the nose, causing it to bleed. Tr. Vol. II pp. 62–63. The State charged Bocot with domestic battery and battery resulting in bodily injury, both Class A misdemeanors.
