(“Mother”) is the biological mother of A.S., B.S., C.S., and D.T. (collectively, “the Children”). The Department of Child Services (“DCS”) became involved with the family in July of 2021, after receiving reports of neglect, drug abuse, and domestic violence in the home. On November 23, 2021, DCS filed a petition alleging that the Children were children in need of services (“CHINS”). On January 19, 2022, DCS filed a petition for the admission of child hearsay, seeking to have certain recorded statements made by A.S. and B.S.
