Souffant was walking with “his arm pinned to his side,” which caused Officer 1 Sergeant Daubenmier’s first name does not appear to be included anywhere in the record. Anthrop to become concerned that he “may be pinning a firearm between his clothing and his body.” Tr. Vol. II p. 8. Sergeant Daubenmier attempted to talk to Souffant, who refused and kept walking.
