Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Taxing Our Power Act'' or the ``STOP RGGI Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON STATE FUNDING OF THE REGIONAL GREENHOUSE GAS INITIATIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM. No State may impose a charge for purposes of funding the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative Energy Efficiency Program. <all>
