Tomlin ultimately pled guilty to Level 5 felony dealing in methamphetamine, admitted to being a habitual offender, and agreed to be sentenced to five years of incarceration suspended to probation for dealing in methamphetamine and two-and-a-half years on work release for being a habitual offender.
