Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Save Money, Save Lives Act''. SEC. 2. REPEALING BUDGET NEUTRALITY REQUIREMENT FOR CERTAIN MEDICAID DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS. (a) In General.--Section 71118 of the Act titled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'' (Public Law 119-21) is repealed and section 1115 of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1315) shall be applied as if such section had not been enacted. (b) Rescission.--The amounts appropriated under section 71118(b) of the Act titled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'' (Public Law 119-21) are hereby rescinded. <all>
