Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LAND CONVEYANCE, STATE ARMORY BOARD, UTAH NATIONAL GUARD, CAMP WILLIAMS STATE MILITARY RESERVATION, LEHI, UTAH. (a) Conveyance Authorized.-- (1) In general.--The Secretary of the Army (in this section referred to as the ``Secretary'') may convey to the Utah National Guard, Lehi, Utah, all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to a parcel of real property, including any improvements thereon, consisting of three parcels described in subsection (b). (2) Continuation of existing easements, restrictions, and covenants.--The conveyance of the property under paragraph (1) shall be subject to any easement, restriction, or covenant of record applicable to the property and in existence on the date of the enactment of this Act. (b) Description of Property.-- (1) In general.--The property, including all land, improvements, and appurtenances, described in this subsection is the following: (A) First parcel.--A strip of land of varying width situated in Section 35, Township 4 South, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian.
