Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SUPPORTING EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTION. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.--Section 2003 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6603) is amended-- (1) in subsection (a), by striking ``each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020'' and inserting ``each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030''; (2) in subsection (b)-- (A) in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking ``appropriated--'' and inserting ``appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.''; and (B) by striking paragraphs (1) through (3); and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(c) Grants to States for Wellness Programs for School Personnel.--For the purpose of carrying out part C, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2026 through 2030.''. (b) State Allotments.--Section 2101(b)(1) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6611(b)(1)) i
