Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``American Indian and Alaska Native Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act'', the ``AI/AN Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act'', or ``AI/AN CAPTA''. SEC. 2. CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT ACT AMENDMENTS. (a) Geographical Distribution.--Section 108(b) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5106d(b)) is amended, in the first sentence, by inserting ``Indian Tribes, and Tribal organizations,'' after ``the States,''. (b) Allocation of Amounts.--Section 203 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5116b) is amended-- (1) by striking ``section 210'' each place it appears and inserting ``section 209''; and (2) in subsection (a), by striking ``1 percent'' and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: ``, of the amount appropriated under section 209 for a fiscal year-- ``(1) 5 percent of the amount to make allotm
