Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Geese House Site Conveyance Act''. SEC. 2. GEESE HOUSE CONVEYANCE. (a) Conveyance.--As soon as practicable, but not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, subject to valid existing rights, the Secretary of the Interior shall convey to Doyon, Limited all right, title, and interest in and to the Federal land described in subsection (b). (b) Description of Land.-- (1) In general.--The Federal land referred to in subsection (a) is the Federal land selected by Doyon, Limited on September 18, 1978, comprising approximately 21,578 acres in the preserve area of Denali National Park and Preserve, and more particularly described as sections 1 to 36, inclusive, T. 11, S.R. 20 W., Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska, listed under Bureau of Land Management Mineral and Land Records System Serial Numbers AKAK106451023, AKAK106451025, AKAK106451027, and AKAK106451029 (Legacy Serial Numbers F-40216, F-40217, F-40218, and F-40219), as generally depicted on the map entitled ``Geese House Site Conveyance Act'' and dated April 14, 2026. (2) Excluded land.--The Federal land described in paragraph
