Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``DHS Use of Force Transparency Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS RELATING TO SPECIFIED USE OF FORCE INCIDENTS. (a) Requirement To Produce Documents and Materials.--Not later than 30 calendar days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall provide to the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform of the House of Representatives all documents, records, data, and materials in the possession, custody, or control of the Department of Homeland Security (including its components, offices, and subagencies) relating to the following incidents: (1) Each officer or agent involved shooting of the Department of Homeland Security, occurring on or after January 20
