Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Clean Water for All Life Act''. SEC. 2. CHEMICAL ABORTIONS PROHIBITED WITHOUT A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PHYSICALLY PRESENT. (a) In General.--Chapter 74 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the header by striking ``PARTIAL-BIRTH ABORTIONS'' and inserting ``ABORTION CRIMES''; and (2) by inserting at the end the following: ``Sec. 1532. Chemical abortions prohibited without a health care provider physically present ``(a) Offense.--Whoever, in or affecting interstate commerce, provides or attempts to provide abortion through a chemical abortion drug-- ``(1) without physically examining the patient; ``(2) without being physically present at the location of the chemical abortion; and ``(3) without providing a catch kit and red bag medical waste, including instructions for the patient to bring such kit and bag to the healthcare provider for proper disposal; shall be imprisone
