Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATIVE JURISDICTION OVER CERTAIN FEDERAL LAND IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. (a) Transfer of Administrative Jurisdiction.-- (1) National forest system land.--Administrative jurisdiction over the approximately 160 acres of National Forest System land more particularly described as T.1 S., R.19 E., sec. 24, SE\1/4\NE\1/4\, NW\1/4\SE\1/4\, NE\1/4\SE\1/4\, and SE\1/4\SE\1/4\, Mount Diablo Meridian, Tuolumne County, California, as generally depicted on the map entitled ``Ackerson Meadow Land Interchange'' and dated February 24, 2022, is transferred to the Secretary of the Interior to be managed as part of Yosemite National Park, in accordance with laws applicable to the National Park System.
