Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fair and Accurate Ingredient Representation on Labels Act of 2026'' or the ``FAIR Labels Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. REVISED MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE AND SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES REGARDING REGULATION OF CELL-CULTIVATED PROTEIN PRODUCT.
