Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. REQUIRED PRIMARY HEALTH SERVICES OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS. (a) Inclusion of Behavioral and Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services.-- (1) In general.--Section 330(b)(1)(A)(i) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254b(b)(1)(A)(i)) is amended-- (A) in subclause (IV), by striking ``and'' at the end; (B) in subclause (V), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (C) by adding at the end the following: ``(VI) behavioral and mental health and substance use disorder services;''. (2) Conforming amendment.--Section 330(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254b(b)(2)) is amended-- (A) by striking subparagraph (A); and (B) by redesignating subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) as subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C), respectively. (b) Funding.--Section 10503(b) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (42 U.S.C. 254b-2(b)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (1)(K), by striking ``and'' at the end; (2) in paragraph (2)(L), by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (3) by adding at the end the
