Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Full-Service Community School Expansion Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR SCHOOL SUCCESS. (a) Authorization of Appropriations.--Section 4601 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7251) is amended-- (1) in the matter preceding paragraph (1) of subsection (a), by inserting ``(except for section 4625)'' after ``part''; (2) in the matter preceding clause (i) of subsection (b)(2)(B), by inserting ``(except for section 4625)'' after ``subpart 2''; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(c) Authorization of Appropriations for Full-Service Community Schools.--There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 4625-- ``(1) $500,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; ``(2) $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; ``(3) $700,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; ``(4) $850,000,000 for fiscal year 2030; and ``(5) $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2031.''. (b) Definitions.--Section 4622 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 7272) is amended-- (1) by redesignating paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) as paragraphs (5), (7), and (9), respectively; (2) by inserting before paragraph (5), as redesignated
