This Act may be cited as the ``Trade Responsibly for Environmental Emissions Act'' or the ``TREE Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON IMPORT AND SALE IN INTERSTATE COMMERCE OF DEFORESTATION GOODS.
