On December 30, 2020, Eash sent a letter to Davidhizar advising that the Property, and specifically the House, had been determined to be unsafe as it was vacant and not maintained in a manner that would permit human habitation. Eash’s letter provided a list of violations and requested that repairs be made to the House by March 1, 2021.
