Bd. of Comm’rs of Delaware Cnty. v. Ind. ABC Apprenticeship Tr., 2021 WL 326684 *1 (Ind. Ct. App. January 29, 2021). After Dollar General agreed to minor modifications to its application, the Plat Committee approved the application, subject to acceptance of the necessary ROW dedication by the Board.
