Hernandez walked around for approximately ten to fifteen minutes before noticing that the interior light of the home belonging to seventy-one-year-old C.M. was on. After unsuccessfully attempting to enter through the back door, Hernandez walked to the front of the house and rang C.M.’s doorbell. When C.M. opened the door, Hernandez forced his way inside the home. C.M.
