Craig arrived at 8:46 a.m., went to the front office, and asked to speak to the School counselor, a teacher, and the principal. After a few minutes, Craig became irate, began using foul language, and demanded to see her daughter. Craig’s behavior continued for several minutes as the receptionist asked her to stop. The receptionist nonetheless agreed to summon Craig’s daughter.
