Officer Wolf caught up to the vehicle and activated his lights and siren. The driver refused to stop and instead accelerated. Officer Wolf called for backup and continued to pursue the vehicle for seven to eight minutes. [3] As the chase continued, the vehicle entered an alley with rough terrain with Officers Wolf and Kirk in pursuit.
