The transaction proceeded without incident, and Winston left the apartment. Rhodes went back to sleep in his room while Ross and Barton continued sleeping in the living room. [3] Some time later, Ross awoke to Winston, armed with a handgun, “going through a pair of jeans” while “crawling” on the floor next to where Barton was sleeping.
