After confirming with dispatch that Roberts’s license was still suspended, Marshal Young executed a traffic stop about two blocks from Roberts’s residence. He also requested that an officer with a drug-sniffing K9 come to the scene. When Marshal Young approached Roberts’s vehicle, he observed Budimir in the front seat and two children in the back seat.
