What is Going on in Lewis County, West Virginia? #MorningCoffee #PowerLineTheft [0:00-1:19]
Join my coffee this morning and apparently two people got busted in Lewis County for trying to steal a power line. Apparently there was a tip at a place called Thornhill Road talking about Marcus and Terry. Police arrived at a place called Old Mill Road where they found Marcus and Terry up on a ladder. They told the police that they planned on taking the unused power line because they were broke and needed money, which is sad. Usually when this occurs people go for job applications, not infrastructure, but I digress. Now so you know they did not contact mom power or first energy for permission. Things did escalate a bit. When one of them admitted they were carrying a firearm as a felons who don't know, felons can't have firearms. For those who don't know, the pistol was actually stolen. Both are currently being held at central regional jail. One has a $50,000 bond in the other 75. Oral of the story is, and I can't believe I have to say this, but when you need money, don't steal a power line. That's probably the worst thing to do when you need money. But times are hard, so use this post to post any job applications you may have in the area. Put them in the comments.
