whereas in a hearing church, we would have some barriers with the language. And we understand where we're coming from. We have very shared lived experiences where some of those challenges are really seen sometimes in a hearing congregation that provide services. And so that's how we're able to become better disciples and grow in ministry. And those are the two differences of those two environments. I know for my personal experience, and even talking with different leaders, church leaders, and maybe this is something you've experienced. But is there any wisdom or keywords or advice that you would like to give even around ownership that you could encourage deaf church attendees to become more engaged and get involved and call this church their home to own their experience more and invest more in the church that they attend? Well, to be honest, for me, I am one of the first I preferred to be asked and I would be willing to support anything in the past where I had an opportunity for really connecting with just the church and people of Christ. And sometimes you don't know of those opportunities because they're not asked to you directly. But even if you don't, even if it's a small role, I would highly encourage someone as a foundation with the Jesus Christ community, Christian community who come and serve and show maybe you want to be a greeter, maybe you have deaf blind people congregants that you can have a small role there and provide access. And the more responsibilities and the more you grow, you can ask, or maybe you've been volunteer, any opportunities that come available. Whether it's with the pastor or a group of disciple makers, just try it out. You're not going to learn if you don't necessarily get out of your comfort zone. And what better way to do that and to serve the Lord and to be his hands and feet and to have the opportunity to grow and inspire others and get closer to the Lord and also to make other people aware and show them the light that is within you than serving. And that allows others to witness that and see the transformational growth and say, wow, there's something about that person that I like. And that's how God continues to grow you and give others that opportunity and source. Start small, maybe volunteer in a small role, help in small things. And as the Lord provides, definitely continue going. Avoid saying no and just work for the Lord. I love that. I think you just touched on something vital and recognizing and noticing people who are there in the space and inviting them in to serve in any way that they can. But being able to step back and notice so that that person can start to develop their own identity and self-esteem even and say, oh, you see me. I guess I can help. I would love to help. And for them to be more part of what's happening there. And just to add to that, if you know that you have a strength in one area, by all means, you feel free to volunteer just that and say, I'm willing to volunteer because that is an area that I'm well know for. Never shy away from those other areas just because you may not be familiar, but instead utilize that skill and then spread your wealth to others and open up some other avenues and opportunities for those others to see. And it's natural for us to as humans have already multiple hats to wear. So by all means, definitely try something new and try to avoid complacency. I love your sign for Kingdom Building. Right. Builders. Yes. Kingdom Builders. It really is all about faith and building that. And you truly are. It's a heart. It's a confidence. It's a leadership. And it covers all of those areas. So this is great. Would you mind also sharing a little bit more about the faith builders? And the progress. How that starts and how that looks inside of your church. So typically right after the sermon, we go to another room. And at the same time as we've got the opportunities to greet each other and learn God's word fresh right after the sermon, I wasn't really there. I can't speak to when it first started, but from what I can remember is they already have resources
