Loretta died on October 21, 2021. Although Loretta had written out a purported will on July 8, 2015, which had indicated that she had intended for her property to be divided equally among her eight children and that she had wished for Tami Peters to serve as the executor of the Estate, the trial court ultimately found that the purported will was not valid.
