Vol. III p. 39. Haynie thought of Sherwood as “a sugar daddy” and, in October of 2020, moved in with him. Tr. Vol. III p. 54. On October 29, 2020, Lafayette Police Officer Mark Griffith was dispatched to Sherwood’s home. Haynie was present in the home and claimed that Sherwood had tried to rape him.
