Officer George Fields responded to the scene and, upon approaching Lambert’s vehicle, “could smell alcohol coming from the vehicle.” Tr. Vol. I p. 30. Lambert “had a hard time trying to find his information[,]” had bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech, admitted that he had drank alcohol that night, and failed two field-sobriety tests. Tr. Vol. I p. 43.
