Santacruz Silver Mining (TSXV:SCZ) - 'Undervalued?' Investment Series, with Art [30:49-35:00]
the sink is a very stable metal price wise no so it gives us stability it gives us a stability and it helps us in many ways to mitigate that strong volatility that sometimes we see on the silver no so I think that being a multi metal also derives the companies on how and again I mean being a multi jurisdiction company especially in Latin America it's a it's a strange and and it gives stability to the company no especially in two jurisdictions where we are comfortable and we know how to run and operate these mics let's don't forget that we came into Bolivia in 2022 where there was a different environment no so we knew how to run and to operate these minds at that time and now we feel that the grounds are more labeled and the understanding of where the country is going is very clear and just as a reference these minds have been running by Glencour for the last 15 years and by the previous owner for the last 50 so 60 years of modern continuous operation and in a very strong team bladed by or see or whether or not that I see yes I feel we're in a very good position so to one last question for you one last question on this story of undervalued which is it and maybe I know you in the next month you've kind of got this kind of the numbers coming out and you've got to give us a sense of guidance for 2026 but how much of to your valuation case that you've lined out today it depends on future development versus current operations how do you kind of split that out and so it where this organic growth is going to come from actually I mean the let's say the ratio say was giving you around I mean enterprise value to ounce equivalent in production with a discount of 75 percent enterprise value of to every dam with a discount of 60 percent and 50 percent on the price to now I mean those ratios are current with the situation of the company today I do see and I I clearly see that we're going to be improving both in in in our production we're going to be improving in our cost it's important to mention that there are factors that are not in our control like the FX very clearly no in Mexico we experience a very strong FX that last year makes commercial versus us on it in Bolivar which previous or the last two waters very strong Boliviano versus us dot it both currencies are coming now to a more let's say balanced level but those are things that have a direct impact into our cost and so those are things out of our control but from an operations point of view from our day-to-day consumables and and and and operations which should be improving our cost as as we also are in the case of Simapan finishing with with a heavy lifting of those topics to take this mind to the levels that we wanted so so I think the company will be this will be a very good year for for us as a company
