Santacruz Silver Mining (TSXV:SCZ) - 'Undervalued?' Investment Series, with Art [25:48-30:49]
metals do you think that level of complexity is hurting you or do you look to bigger sort of more established companies who have the same situation but they've they've had time to kind of prove that as you mentioned maybe being on the Nasdaq you need time to show that your quarterly is delivered quarter after quarter how should I view that element of your personal structure of your business having multiple operations having two jurisdictions and having multiple metals that does not really present a challenge for us now we have a very I think one of our most important assets it's our people we have a very professional team of a group of of professional team both in Mexico and in Bolivia and more important they are very committed they love what we each and all of us we love what we do and and we're committed to deliver we we have a very good environment that working environment that really helps to make let's say the working environment nicely to leverage on on the strange of the Bolivian areas where they have a stronger knowledge or techniques or whatever with the ones in Mexico as we speak I mean four Mexican miners and two Mexican two miners and two metallurgical guys are flying to Bolivia and three guys from Bolivia are coming to Mexico to help us implement some softwares that are required to have a better control of and are drilling campaigns just to mention some now but what I want to point out is that we have both jurisdictions working in combined in a combined basis in a very friendly way and really learning from each other and getting the best out of of each other so from that point of view we feel I feel that we're very strong so again I said one of our strongest assets is our people and and definitely that translates into getting the best of our assets by means of our minds not so I think we're in the in the right path culturally speaking both countries are very similar we we understand that both jurisdictions really well we are very comfortable and very happy to see where things are going in Bolivia in terms of that legal framework for our industry in terms of what Mr. President Rodrigo Paz is doing and walking the talk of what he promising his campaign so I think Bolivia is going to come a very strong country for foreign investments in the next coming I won't say many years but in the next short period of time I mean it's going to be a very exciting country and we're very happy to be there okay but it needs to get at this because it's sometimes companies get a kind of a conglomerate discount right should I view this you say your team are comfortable you've got a good team you've got the processes in place you get the money to come out this should I view this as a platform rather I think you should view this as a platform that gives you the diversification that gives you less risk because you have multiple minds running I mean just as an example is our Bolivar mind when we experience a water situation in Bolivar but Sandukas was able to come enough said part of the production that was lost there in addition to that I mean you have three other minds in production that will allow you to keep building cash flow and then keep the things going no so being a one only mine company I think that's a higher risk and and also yeah generally speaking I think it translates into a more solid let's say risk reward ratio no also having multi metals yeah might people might think at some point that I mean you want to see only silver yeah definitely but let's not forget
