Santacruz Silver Mining (TSXV:SCZ) - 'Undervalued?' Investment Series, with Art [7:42-12:48]

So let's kind of get a base from which we can work, which is the 2025 numbers. When did we talk to those? Absolutely. Well, 2025 was a good year for us. I mean, we consolidate the company in many ways. We paid out the anchor to technically the company's free of debt, other than a few revolving facilities for pressureary efficiencies and mainly with local currency. So we end up the year with around 330 million dollars in revenues. We end up with an every thousand one hundred one hundred million dollars catch loads of around eighty million dollars and catch off hand on hand close to seventy million dollars. So as we speak and when we with improved prices in Q1, metal prices and should sorry, we keep building our our balance sheet. We keep improving our balance sheet. So the financial or fiscal fundamentals of the company are very strong. Yeah, so I'm sure. And if we say that's that there's a base from, you know, you're talking about some of the fundamental changes which could be happening in in 2026 for you, you've got to clearly got the money to deliver upon that. And in terms of coming back to this question around, you know, these systems that you have implemented, these processes that you follow, we've talked in the past about how you measure the activities within the different assets that you've got. How much do or do you put by that? How much do I put by that in terms of trusting the process? Can you explain as to how you manage all of this? Because there's a lot of there's a lot of assets, a lot of meeting parts. That's right. Well, you're right, Matt. And that's I think that's one of our strengths as a company. You know, we are very boots on the ground. We management, I'm aside every now and then as much as possible. Eduardo Torozi is our COO is also very close to our operations on a technically daily basis, not his basic seats and every mind on a monthly basis. So we're very close to our operations. In addition to that, we're very inclined to technology and and the use of technology. We have improved our system software. Now for the first time, Mexico has come into the SAPO of umbrella. So Mexico is now into I mean reporting in a very reliable way in a very let's say efficient way, which helps us to administer better each and every area. We use a lot of business intelligence software as well. We have metrics for each and every of our beings that are in production. We have metrics for our developments. We have metrics for absolutely everything in the company. And those metrics are in the PI having system. No, I can see on my on my phone literally on on a live basis. How each and every mind is doing in such a detail that it can tell you exactly how much energy and power was incurred into certain areas. It can tell you how many people, how many miners went into that working phase. And what was the development in terms of meters? What were the head grids in those areas? And then you go to the meeting facilities. And same thing, it breaks down the meeting facilities metrics in a very detailed way. So you have alarms as well. The PI gives you alarms when when things go out of a budget or out of what we discussed on the on the on the meetings with the with the operational teams. This BIC system gives you alarms. So that helps you to be very close to the operations, even though we are not outside. No. And that definitely translates into a very fast reaction into any situation or to improvements that you that you might like to to it helps you to administer your minds in a very very proactive way. So some of the numbers look good from last year. And you're but again, if I if I am to believe that there is more value to be had if there's more gains from me as a shareholder to be had, I think I think what I'd like to understand is that the this turnaround story which I first met with this, you know, kind of volatile production profile that you walked into and some of the some of the the shocks, you know, which is still still going on
