Santacruz Silver Mining (TSXV:SCZ) - 'Undervalued?' Investment Series, with Art [2:36-7:42]
We talked about 2020-25 financials, you know, any kind of you can relate those out for us, then maybe you can bring some of those in into play here a bit, but you get on a fundamental basis what needs to change in terms of the way what the company is doing versus the way that the market is perceiving it. Are you in control of that or are you waiting for the market to do something for you? No, definitely. Most of the, let's say, reasons for this is the reasons that are driven by and not by asset quality, but rather by a set of temporary and largely addressable factors. No, the company's relative short trading history on the mayor exchange like Nasdaq, we're just building a track record there and that is definitely helping, we're seeing more and more volumes coming into the company, so it'll take time for us to catch up work. When you compare most of our peers, they have a long history trading in this kind of big boards, no? So that is one for us that we, I mean, we will overcome as we keep advancing here and also part of this, I mean, fundamental point is we're graduating the company to the big board on the Toronto Stock Exchange. That should be relatively soon in the next coming weeks or no later than before this, before this June. So that will be something that will help us as well to increase the liquidity and to also to take us to, I mean, from from that side of the formula to help to the revaluation. Another reason that I believe the markets are, let's see, let me say wait and see and how things evolve, is the water situation that we experienced at Bolivar early last year, no? But that the watering process is going really well. Bolivar is the watering in line and in as budget as we expected and we're producing and increasing the silver production on a quarterly basis for that mine. So we're going to be back on track as we said earlier by the end of Q3 this year and that mine will be very robust coming very strongly back into production. So that's another reason why I feel might be influencing that revaluation here. And another reason might be that our largest portion or size of our production is coming from Bolivia, from Bolivia, no? Bolivia is a tier two jurisdiction which is transforming and actually going to a tier one jurisdiction in the sense of the country is making the right legal, I mean, changing the right, the legal framework to make sure that the foreign investment comes into the country. Mr. Rodrigo Paz, the president has really been working towards achieving these changes and I'm sure that this will come very soon actually this year and that will help as well to bring Bolivia into a stronger mining jurisdiction which will definitely help all of our, I mean, to make this a more safer jurisdiction for the mining industry and for any other industry in the country. So I think those are the fundamental reasons maybe but as I was pointing out at the beginning, these are transitional items or transitional concepts that are improving as we speak. So I expect this to be reflected in in improvement of our job pricing in the coming months. Let's look at the 2025 financial numbers. If you don't mind going over them again, maybe even pull up a slide so we can talk through this because here's the question I'm asking about, is this undervalid? Is this something I can invest in because if I look back to what you originally walked into, it's a very complex situation, balance sheet, asset wise, et cetera. And I'm trying to say, should I be buying you just purely on an asset base basis or is there a kind of a system and a process driven engine that is solving problems but also part of this organic growth that you were talking about coming down the line.
