Santacruz Silver Mining (TSXV:SCZ) - 'Undervalued?' Investment Series, with Art [0:00-2:34]
Hi, Matt. Thank you for having me here. My name is Arturo Presta, where I'm German and CEO of Santa Cruz in Remaining. And today we're going to talk about why I feel that on a fundamental reason we are undervalued today. Good to see you. Good to see you. When it went a great year, 12 months, it's been 18 months, it's been for you guys. But like at the heart of this conversation today is, you believe that this coming at a billion bucks, you believe this company is still undervalued. Do you think that's a kind of cash flow, mispricing, and asset-based mispricing, or it's your sectional discount that is being applied? Where do you see this undervalued, being attributed to at the moment? Well, from a fundamental point of view, Matt, I mean, all metrics clearly when you compare to our peers are definitely undervalued, and not by just 10-20 percent, but up to 50-40 percent in some cases. So we think we have a very good room to keep appreciating and to see that our share price improving in the next coming months. But if you talk about fundamental spaces, what metrics should investors value you on? Is it EV to EV? Does it? Is it now? What is it? Well, if we see that company under enterprise value and silver equivalent production, today you will see that we're around $45 per ounce, where our peers are in the $180, so that means around 75-70 percent discount. If you see the enterprise value to EV da, we're around six times, and our peers are around 15-20 times, not that means a discount of 60 percent. So 40 percent at least on the average or media of the or other industry, if you see a price to nav, probably work out there, like 0.4 times versus 0.85 times that our peers are experienced, you know? So that's what I mean that work undervalued, no, I mean, the reason is not other than fundamental.
