In the 4th Congressional District, U.S. Rep. Jim Baird leads state Rep. Craig Haggard and John Piper with just 12% of votes counted, according to vote data collected by the Associated Press.

Baird has 59% of the vote so far; Haggard and Piper trail with 30% and 11% of the vote, respectively.
