DCS first became involved with Mother in February of 2017 after having received a report that she and the Children’s father had been using methamphetamine and that Mother had tested positive for methamphetamine while pregnant with G.A. and M.A. That proceeding, in which the Children had been found to be CHINS, had ended with Mother’s reunification with the Children in April of 2018. On May 15, 2022, DCS received a report that the Children were being physically abused by Mother and her boyfriend.
