In November 2020, for pandemic-related reasons, USB deferred four of Spencer’s monthly payments, totaling $5872.50. USB provided Spencer with a payoff statement in July of 2021. In the payoff statement, USB expressly “reserve[d] the right to correct any portion of this statement at any time.” Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 88.
