Freeman had also known Richardson for a couple of months as she would buy drugs from him approximately three times a week. Freeman would meet Richardson at a house located at 516 East 33rd Street, which was located between Ruckle Street and Central Avenue in Indianapolis. On January 12, 2005, Freeman saw Richardson, along with several other individuals at this house.
