In August of 1995, Lomax pled guilty to one count of Level B felony dealing in
cocaine. The State agreed to dismiss all remaining counts and the court
sentenced Lomax to six years executed. Lomax did not appeal his conviction.
On March 24, 2023, Lomax filed a PCR petition.
