A Place of Peace | Lindon Utah Temple Dedication [1:00-2:39]
There is much going on in the world that's unsettling and when you come to the temple you can put all that away and that we can find peace, comfort, amidst the trials and troubles of our lives. President Iring certainly has had trials and troubles and he mentioned that today that we all have challenges and that we are comforted and strengthened and uplifted through doing service for those who passed on. I like what President Henry B. Iring said about coming to the house of the Lord that we should look at it as we're coming to be with the Savior here in his house and it will change our experience. We were in one of the ordinance rooms and when President Iring came in just to wave it just another felt the spirit testify once again these are a prophet of God and what a blessing we have they have prophets, years and revelators upon the earth this day and I wish I could just tell it to the world and to those that I work with and those that I associate with but it's true and that there's a greater purpose in this life. It just felt really incredible was we did the Hosanna shout to think about all the people throughout the temple and in all the stake centers around this temple region. Everybody together at the same time saying Hosanna to God in the Lamb and then singing this word of God like a fire is burning it was just just incredible to think of that kind of unity of faith. I loved it.
