The report was relayed to Aurora Police Detective Vernon McBride, who interviewed the children’s mother and one of the two children involved, both of whom had grown to adulthood since the alleged abuse. The two alleged victims said that Graff had, on various occasions, made them touch his penis, exposed his chest to them while rubbing it, and touched one alleged victim’s breast.
