May 28 Hearing Tr. p. 7. While E.W. remained on her own property, she followed J.K. to her kitchen window, “crouched down,” and continued shining her light. May 28 Hearing Tr. p. 8. J.K. called the police regarding the incident. E.W. had cameras “everywhere” and motion lights on in J.K.’s side windows “constantly.” May 28 Hearing Tr. p. 8.
