Indiana State Police Trooper B. Davis responded to a dispatch and found Blackmore conscious but dazed. Emergency medical services arrived and “immediately began to provide emergency medical care” to Blackmore, who was transported to the Hospital in Kentucky. Appellant’s App. Vol. II p. 24.
