On November 30, 2023, the State filed a delinquency petition alleging that thenfifteen-year-old E.A. had committed acts amounting to dangerous possession of
a firearm and what would be resisting law enforcement by fleeing and
unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, if committed by an adult. On December
20, 2023, E.A. admitted to being delinquent for committing what, if committed
by an adult, would be one act of Level 6 felony auto theft, and Class A
misdemeanor resisting law enforcement in the admission agreement. E.A.
