On November 2, 2023, the State charged Vierling with seven counts of Level 4 felony child exploitation. On September 12, 2024, Vierling pled guilty to one count of Level 5 felony child exploitation. In exchange for Vierling’s guilty plea, the State agreed to dismiss the remaining charges.
